Important Financial Assistance Information:

We are committed to ensuring that families have the opportunity to send their child(ren) to camp. The application deadline for need-based assistance is March 15th; aid may not be available for applications submitted after this date.

Financial aid requests are incorporated as a part of the registration form. If you are applying for aid, please be sure to include relevant background information, as well as a specific dollar amount. We are unable to consider incomplete requests, which must include those components.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully as our cancellation policy has shifted from previous summers due to current circumstances. We appreciate your understanding!

  • You must notify the Camp Director in writing of any cancellations.
  • Cancellations by May 1st will result in a full refund, minus the $250 deposit (per session). No refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Should Camp Keshet need to close due to government order or other natural or unforeseen circumstances, the week in session will NOT be refunded. Future weeks of a mandated closure will result in a full refund or account credit, less the non-refundable deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued for missing camp due to illnesses including all Covid-related considerations.
  • No prorated or full refund will be issued if the camper leaves before the end of the summer.
  • We do not offer a partial refund for days missed.
