Research shows there are everyday habits you can build today to help protect your memory and thinking in the future – even reducing your risk of cognitive decline and possibly dementia. Join us to learn how you can take
positive steps to help you live better now and protect your memory and thinking as you get older. This class will be taught by the Alzheimer Association’s Ryan Glatt and all donations will go toward supporting the Alzheimer Association.

Ryan Glatt is a Certified Personal Trainer and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach who specializes in brain health, cognitive performance, and lifestyle interventions aimed at preventing cognitive decline. As the Brain Health Coach and Director of the FitBrainSM Program at the Pacific Neuroscience Institute, he develops innovative programs that combine exercise, cognitive training, and “serious exergaming” to support individuals with neurological and cognitive concerns. Ryan earned a Master’s in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership: Health & Human Performance with a minor in Gerontology. He also created the Brain Health Trainer course for the American Council on Exercise and regularly speaks internationally about the connection between exercise and brain health.
