This class will be taught by the Alzhe imer Association's Ryan Glatt and all donations will go toward supporting the Alzheimer Association.\n\nRyan Glatt is a Certified Personal Trainer a nd National Board-Certified Health &\; Wellness Coach who specializes i n brain health\, cognitive performance\, and lifestyle interventions aimed at preventing cognitive decline. As the Brain Health Coach and Director o f the FitBrainSM Program at the Pacific Neuroscience Institute\, he develo ps innovative programs that combine exercise\, cognitive training\, and “serious exergaming” to support individuals with neurological and cogn itive concerns. Ryan earned a Master’s in Applied Neuroscience from King 's College London and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership: Health &a mp\; Human Performance with a minor in Gerontology.
