National Refugee Shabbat
Friday, March 20: National Refugee Shabbat is a moment for congregations, organizations, and individuals around the country to dedicate a Shabbat experience to refugees and asylum seekers.
Temple Beth Am organized a special Friday night experience in partnership with HIAS, Tiyya Foundation, and others. The program was originally planned to be held at Temple Beth Am, but we have modified the program for people to celebrate at home!
HIAS offers 11 other ways to take action for National Refugee Shabbat HERE.
