Refugee Shabbat 2025: A Jewish Textual Exploration of Immigration and Refugees
Learn about Jewish texts relating to refugees and immigration with Rabbi Adam Kligfeld (Temple Beth Am) and Rabbi Hannah Jensen (Ikar) on Saturday, March 1 at 4:30pm. The program begins with minha services, followed by Seudah Shlishit and the text study, and then maariv and havdalah.
Please register in advance so we have enough food. We suggest a donation of $18 per person, which will be distributed to organizations supporting refugees including HIAS, Tiyya, and CLUE Justice and will pay for dessert prepared by a local refugee baker.
