High Holidays 5780

The clergy, staff and Board of Trustees at Temple Beth Am are hard at work to ensure that your worship experience here will be meaningful, and that you will feel comfortable and welcome in our synagogue facility during the Holidays and all year long.

High Holiday Tickets are "general admission" for any High Holiday service.

Everyone age 13 and above is required to have a ticket to attend. Extra tickets are $350 per ticket.

High Holiday Services

Shir Hadash - Ganzberg Sanctuary
Traditional, spiritual, and song-filled services led by Rabbi Adam Kligfeld, and featuring inspiring davvening by our Cantor, Rabbi Hillary Chorny.
Erev Rosh Hashanah: 6:15 p.m. (one combined service)
RH Day 1 & 2: 8:45 a.m.
Kol Nidre: 6:00 p.m.
Yom Kippur: 9:00 a.m.

Library Minyan - Dorff Nelson Chapel
The Library Minyan is a participatory, lay-led, davvening and learning community that blends traditional observance with a fully modern and egalitarian approach to Jewish living. Volunteers prepare and deliver the d'rashot, which offer personal and often unique interpretations of the Torah portions.
RH Day 1 & 2: 9:00 a.m.
Kol Nidre: 6:00 p.m.
Yom Kippur 9:00 a.m., Minha at 4:40 p.m., Shofar at 7:10 p.m.

Beiteinu - Gymnasium
The Beiteinu service is a spirited and participatory service known for being informal and family-friendly. Various sections of the service are explained, and congregational participation is especially encouraged. Beiteinu is led by Rabbi Rebecca Schatz and Dr. Rachel Lerner.

Shir Shabbat's Tot Rosh Hashanah: Celebrate the birthday of the world with Morah Francine & Michael Farkas and our dynamic Shir Shabbat leadership team in a rollicking musical service for kids up to age five and their families featuring delightful songs and stories. Rosh Hashanah Day 2 at 12:00 p.m. in Pilch Hall.

Erev Rosh Hashanah: Members and visitors are invited to begin the New Year together at Temple Beth Am in the Sanctuary. TBA members may use their ALL-SERVICES ticket.
