  USS Iowa).\n\nMeet at the USS Iowa (250 S. Harbor Blvd\, San Pedro).\n\nE
 xperience living history right in our backyard. We are heading to San Pedr
 o for a private\, guided tour of the majestic USS Iowa. Walk the decks of 
 this historic battleship and stand inside the legendary President’s Cabi
 n\, which once hosted Franklin D. Roosevelt.\n\nFollowing our tour\, we wi
 ll drive to a beautiful nearby park to relax\, reflect\, and enjoy a brown
  bag picnic lunch together in the fresh air.\n\nParking\nFirst hour is fre
 e\nEach additional hour is $2.\n\nNatalie will help arrange carpools.\n\nW
 hat to Bring: A brown bag lunch\, water bottle\, and comfortable walking s
 hoes. Wear a hat and sunscreen.\n\nQuestions about accessibility?\nBattles
 hip IOWA is a real Navy ship with indoor and outdoor spaces\, historic dec
 ks\, passageways\, exhibits\, and shipboard areas to explore.\n\nSome area
 s include steep stairs\, also known aboard ship as ladders\, narrow passag
 eways\, uneven surfaces\, and outdoor decks. Comfortable shoes are strongl
 y recommended.\n\nThe main deck is wheelchair accessible\, and chair lifts
  provide access to three decks when available.\n\nBoarding ramps and gangw
 ays may be steep\, especially during high tide. For safety\, guests using 
 wheelchairs\, scooters\, walkers\, or other mobility devices are strongly 
 encouraged to board under their own power when able and transfer to a whee
 lchair once on deck.\n\nBecause this is a historic ship\, many spaces may 
 not be accessible to all guests. Guests board and visit Battleship IOWA at
  their own risk and are responsible for determining whether they can safel
