High Holiday Seating

Two-Adult Household Membership (with the exception of Affiliate) entitles you to two High Holiday seats; One-Adult Membership entitles you to one seat. Please indicate the Service of your choice. Note that all seats in the Sanctuary are reserved; other Services have open seating. Everyone age 13 and above is required to have a ticket to attend any Temple Beth Am High Holiday Service. Seats must also be purchased for children under age 13 in the Sanctuary. HHD Childcare

Temple Beth Am offers a variety of exciting and age-appropriate activities for children age 6 months through college. These programs take place in the Rena E. Ganzberg Education Center and the Lainer Library and accommodate children whose parents and/or relatives daven in the Sanctuary, Library Minyan, and Bait Tefillah services.

The following programs are offered on the first and second days of Rosh Hashanah as well as on Kol Nidrei and Yom Kippur. Playground supervision is offered during the afternoon Neilah service.

6 months-K: Trained staff provide holiday activities, snack, t'fillah, stories, and more.
Grades 1st-5th: Children engage in t’fillah, drama, games, snack, and more.
Middle School Minyan: Program and discussion for pre-b’nei mitzvah 6th and 7th graders.
Musaf Minyan: 8th Grade and up are invited to a three-part discussion and schmooze.

Please note that we have strict pick up time. If you are later than 5 minutes, you will be charged and additional $15 per child.

Pre -Registered Child Care is $35 for the first child and $25 for each additional child. We cannot give refunds since staff and supplies are ordered in advance. Walk ins will be charged $40 per child with no discounts for additional children.

The Book of Remembrance is distributed at the Yom Kippur Yizkor Memorial service, and is used throughout the year when the Yizkor memorial prayers are said. In the Book of Remembrance we recall those dearly departed whose families remember them with love. Suggested Donation: $36.00 per name. NOTE: ALL NAMES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 8/30/17​​​

$45 Dues include $10 per capita for International Women's League.​​​​​​​

All youth who have celebrated or will celebrate their Bar/Bat Mitzvah at TBA are gifted by the congregation their 8th grade Premier Teen membership. Applications & medical forms must be completed to finalize membership.​​​​

Please select how many Mahzors you would like to purchase for yourself. TBA encourages all members to have their own Mahzor for worship. $36 per Mahzor.​​
If you have already purchased enough Mahzors for your family, please consider purchasing one or two to donate to TBA. $36 per Mahzor.​​
