A few weeks ago, the senior leadership of Temple Beth Am decided to choose Kibbutz Nahal Oz as a community and location to help rebuild through funds and relationships. We aim to contribute to rebuilding the lives, spirits and hope of the Nahal Oz residents so terribly affected by the October 7th attack.

On Sunday night, November 5, the Beth Am Executive Committee and Board of Trustees unanimously voted to match up to $125,000 from our own institutional funds. We believe strongly that it is a reflection of our mission, as a community that loves, stands for, and supports Israel, to express those same values monetarily, for the benefit of our entire community, now including Kibbutz Nahal Oz.
