High Holiday Services at Temple Beth Am
Shir Hadash – Sanctuary
Traditional, spiritual, and song-filled services led by Rabbi Adam Kligfeld & Rabbi Ari Lucas, featuring inspiring davening by our Cantor, Rabbi Hillary Chorny. 2nd Day Rosh hashanah services are open seating.


Library Minyan – Dorff Nelson Chapel

The Library Minyan is a participatory, lay-led, davvening and learning community that blends traditional observance with a fully modern and egalitarian approach to Jewish living. Volunteers prepare and deliver the d’rashot, which offer personal and often unique interpretations of the Torah portions.

Beiteinu – Ionic Lodge
The Beiteinu service is a spiritual and participatory service known for being informal and family-friendly. Various sections of the service are explained, and congregational participation is encouraged. Beiteinu meets across the street at the Ionic Lodge with leadership by Rabbi Ari Lucas, Rabbi Adam Kligfeld, & David (Doc) Ackerman.

Hama'alot: Rosh Hashanah Day 2 at 9:30 a.m.
Join us for the second annual Rosh Hashanah Hama'alot service, a 90-minute, soulful, harmonic, intimate and spiritual experience of and investigation into the themes and liturgy of the High Holidays.

High Holiday Adult Lounge: Back by popular demand! Join the learning alternative to the Musaf service during each of the High Holidays, for this interactive study session with Rabbi Yechiel Hoffman, EdD. 12:30 p.m. Located in Pilch Hall on RH1 & YK. Located in Adelson Hall on RH2.

High Holiday Family Programming

Shir Shabbat’s Tot Rosh Hashanah: RH Day 2 Celebrate the birthday of the world with Morah Francince & Michael Farkas and our dynamic Shir Shabbat leadership team in a rollicking musical service for kids 0-5 & their families, featuring delightful songs, engaging stories, and delicious snacks.

High Holiday Teen Minyan (8-12th grades)
All teens are invited and welcome to join the TBA Teen Minyan in the Lainer Library at 11:00am each of the High Holy Days, followed by schmoozing, nosh and games. Facilitated by Michael Becker, this will be a fun and interesting Teen Minyan combining Tefillah, Torah, games and interactive learning. Teen interested in volunteering for leadership roles, contact Rabbi Hoffman at yhoffman@tbala.org
